Thread Preparation — the Foundation of Strength
Before braiding or weaving, we twist, double, and process the threads. This ensures structural stability and consistent quality of the final product.
Every Thread Under Control
Advanced winding systems guarantee perfect thread placement on spools, ensuring precision and consistency at every stage of production.
Braiding with Thread-Level Precision
Modern machines interlace dozens of threads into a single structure. Process control ensures strength and stability of the insulation products.
Multi-Stage Impregnation
Depending on the product composition, we apply one, two, or three impregnation stages: thread treatment before use; impregnation during braiding; immersion of the finished product in the solution.
Final Impregnation — Complete Saturation
Immersing the finished product in the impregnation solution adds protective properties, making it strong, stable, and long-lasting.
Calendering for Precise Shape
The packing is passed through a calender that compresses its profile from four sides. This process removes excess impregnation and gives the surface a finished look with perfect geometry.

We carefully wind our products onto spools and rolls so they reach the customer in perfect condition and ready for use.

Weaving may look simple from the outside, but in reality it requires skill and control to ensure the threads interlace evenly and form a strong structure. That’s why we pay special attention to this process in our production.
Large-Size Cords
Our cords reach up to 120 mm in diameter — twice as much as most manufacturers offer. This size makes it possible to tackle challenges that once seemed impossible.
