IZOLTEX fabrics and tapes are specifically designed for thermal applications up to +1250°C, providing reliable insulation and protection. Additionally, we offer coated versions with high-temperature silicone, neoprene, or aluminum foil to enhance surface properties and extend performance in demanding environments.
Types of IZOLTEX Fabrics
Base Fabrics
Uncoated IZOLTEX fabrics are made from high-performance materials such as fiberglass, ceramic, basalt, and silica yarns. They offer outstanding thermal resistance, withstanding temperatures up to +1250°C. These fabrics are widely used for insulating equipment, pipelines, and industrial systems operating under extreme heat, providing reliable protection and long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Coated Fabrics
IZOLTEX coated fabrics feature additional surface layers such as high-temperature silicone, neoprene, or aluminum foil. These coatings provide enhanced mechanical protection, reduced surface wear, and improved resistance to environmental factors. Coated fabrics are ideal for applications where both thermal insulation and surface durability are required, offering versatile solutions across various industrial sectors.
Woven Tapes
IZOLTEX woven tapes are available in a wide range of widths and thicknesses, produced from the same high-performance yarns as our fabrics — including fiberglass, ceramic, basalt, and silica. With daily production capacity exceeding 1,000 meters, we can quickly meet both standard and custom orders. These tapes are used for thermal insulation wrapping and as sealing elements in high-temperature industrial applications, ensuring reliable protection and performance.
